That's why facial skin care in spring should be especially gentle and balanced.

In order to establish proper facial care in the spring, you need to use a scrub no more than 2 times a week.
  3. Gommage is a procedure for removing the upper layer of skin in order to improve the structure and appearance of tissues. This is one of the types of peeling, but since the gommage does not contain solid particles, it treats the skin much more carefully, without subjecting it to mechanical stress. Cleansing occurs due to chemical active substances (fruit acids), which are part of the product. This facial treatment is ideal in spring for thin, sensitive, dry, aging skin.Frequency of use: with combination and oily skin - up to 3 times a week, with normal and dry skin - no more than 1-2 times a week.

Important! All procedures for cleansing the upper layer of the skin lead to the launch of regenerative intracellular tissue processes. With dry skin, it is recommended to exfoliate twice a month, and with normal combination and oily - weekly.

Cleansing in the morning and before bedtime

It is better to wash yourself with boiled water or cooked decoctions and infusions of herbs. You can prepare infusions or decoctions of mint, chamomile, parsley. You can also use ice cubes made from decoctions. Wipe your face with massage cubes.

In the morning, be sure to include toning in your facial skin care. Tonics should not contain alcohol. In the evening, be sure to remove makeup, to cleanse the face, use cosmetics that exclude alcohol.

The first autumn rays of the sun can cause cracks in the skin, rashes, therefore, in the spring, use cosmetic products containing nicotinic and ascorbic acids, Vitamin C to care for your skin. And to protect a tender face from ultraviolet radiation, choose cosmetics that have high sunscreens with an index not less than 25.

Ingredients:
