• To make the base, take a tube of glue and thick cardboard. For the bottom, prepare a 10 by 10 cm square, and for the walls - 15 strips 30 cm long and 4 strips 40 cm long.
• Take a 30-centimeter strip and, backing off 10 cm on each side, lay it on the edge of the bottom.

Important! This will help you keep the dimensions when weaving. Glue the bottom to the basket at the very end of the work.

• Now, perpendicularly attach the second workpiece over the first on the adjacent side of the base, backing 10 cm from each edge.
• In parallel with it, place the third preform by pushing its end under the horizontal strip.

• Continue to lay out the remaining four strips in parallel, alternating the position under / above the horizontal strip.
