We make a floating paper boat

In order to make a boat out of origami paper, you do not need a bunch of tools. Enough to get the paper of the desired color, patience, and you can begin the creative process:

  1. Take an A4 paper sheet.
  2. Fold the leaf in half (try to do this as evenly as possible).
  3. Fold the workpiece in half again, so that it is clear where the center is.
  4. Bend the top two corners to the center of the sheet.
  5. We bend the lower part of the product (rectangles) to the upper (triangular part).
  6. Fold the triangular corners first with the bottom rectangle, and then with the top. As a result, you get one big triangle.
  7. Expand the workpiece from below so that you get a square.
  8. In the part where the square opens, we bend one corner up.
  9. Turn the sheet over and fold the second square in half.
  10. Gently pull the top corners of the square and turn the boat around.

Important! To make the ship more stable and well kept on the surface, unfold the “bottom” before letting it sail.

Making a paper boat

It’s easy to build a paper boat if you perform the following steps in stages:

  1. Fold a square sheet of paper diagonally.
  2. Expand it and see a fold line - you need to attach both square parts to it.
  3. Turn the workpiece over and fold it in half.
  4. Lay it on a flat surface vertically, pull one long rectangle.
  5. Fold the corners in the middle.
  6. Do the same on the back of the figure.
  7. Bend the product in half.
  8. Open the boat in wide.
  9. Bend the corners to the center of the figure.
  10. Expand the large triangles and make the sides of the boat.

Important! For this version of the boat, cardboard of medium density is suitable. The thicker the paper, the longer your product will last on water.

Making the easiest ship

To make the simplest ship, you only need a sheet of paper for printing and a detailed briefing:

  1. The sheet is folded in half.
  2. We bend one of the corners to the center of the leaf.
  3. We do the same with the opposite side of the paper.
  4. Collapse one of the bottom rectangles up.
  5. We do the same with the second side.
  6. We bend lateral angles to the outer part of the workpiece.
  7. We turn all the remaining corners up. It will turn out a rhombus.
  8. We unfold the lower corner of the figure to the upper corner (we repeat the procedure on the back of the product). Get three triangles.
  9. Connect the side corners together.
  10. Take both sides and slowly turn them to the sides.

Paper boat making

Consider a more complex model. To get started, get PVA glue and a square-shaped sheet. Next, start the following to make a boat out of paper:

  1. Fold the sheet two times diagonally.
  2. Expand the material and bend one of the top corners to the center.
  3. Bend the workpiece in half along.
  4. Fold the sheet in half to make a triangular shape.
  5. Expand the small pocket.
  6. Press it to get a square.
  7. The triangular figure on top has two layers. Bend one of the layers to the bottom, with the second do the same.
  8. Fold both parts of the future boat until you get a small triangular figure.
  9. Expand the figure, bend the upper corner half a centimeter to the bottom.
  10. Fold the second layer to the fold, do the same with the other part
  11. Expand the figure, bend the left edge to the fold, do the same on the other side.
  12. Place the future boat on the table.
  13. Attach the bottom to the top, press down well.
  14. Spread the bottom edge, gently attach it to the top.
  15. Expand the bottom.
  16. Turn the product on both sides, bend the small triangles.
  17. Glue two loose parts together with glue.
  18. Let the glue dry thoroughly, and you can let the boat sail freely.

Important! Such a model of the boat will not last long in the water, but it will please with its rather complex design and excellent appearance.
