Cooking process:

  1. To prepare delicious pickled butter, put them in a pan and pour water so that it covers the mushrooms. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and cook for 20 minutes, removing the foam.

Important! To spice up the future dish, boil a whole onion with mushrooms. So that the mushrooms retain their color and do not darken, add citric acid on the tip of a knife or a couple of drops of vinegar to the water.
