  • Red and brown wires are directed to the winding.
  • Gray and green wires are designed to power the brushes.

  2. Connect the brushes to the next two pins.

Important! After that, it is advisable to test the electric motor for efficiency. Turn it on and, if you did everything correctly, the device will rotate in one direction with a characteristic noise.

  • Rotate the motor in the opposite direction.
  • Adjust the speed of revolutions.

You can solve the first question by swapping the connection of brushes. Test the unit again for performance. If everything is in order with the rotation of the engine, it means that you did everything right.

Important! To adjust the rotation intensity, you can use the room dimmer. But this device needs to be improved a bit, because its power is not designed to interact with the motor. Therefore, remove the triac from the idle washer with a radiator. Now it remains to unsolder the low-power part in the microcircuit and solder the triac extracted from the washer. This procedure requires a certain skill. The engine from the old washer
