  • After purchasing this cookware, before using it for the first time, wash it in warm water with a soapy solution and wipe it dry with a soft towel.

Important! It is not recommended to wash such dishes in the dishwasher. If, nevertheless, you decide to do this, use a minimum water temperature so that the oxide film is not damaged.

  • Use gloves or a towel when using a skillet, so as not to burn yourself.
  • Stir and spread the food from the pan using kitchen appliances made of wood, bamboo, silicone or nylon.

How to wash the pan from dirt?

The ceramic pan should be washed in warm water using a soft sponge. But it all depends on the degree of pollution:

  • If the food is burnt to the dishes, but the fat has not dried up yet, fill it with warm water, leave it for a while to warm the burnout. Then, using a soft sponge and a mild detergent, carefully remove dirt, rinse under water.
  • If soaking did not help, put a frying pan with water and dishwashing liquid poured into it on a small fire. After this procedure, you can easily get rid of pollution. Next, wipe the clean pan dry with a cloth, pour a couple of drops of olive oil on the bottom. After that, rinse with water again, wipe dry with a soft towel.

Important! Never use citric acid, chlorine and the products in which they are present, as well as steel chips, nylon and hard sponges.

  • You can also use alcohol and cleaning products for ovens. Pre-moisten a sponge with them and apply to contaminated places. Rinse the pan with warm water and wipe.
