Making simple curtains

The list of necessary things includes:

Sew the product according to the pattern:

  • Decide on the size of the curtains. Measure the distance from the floor to the cornice.

  • With a simple pencil, mark the boundaries of the sections. Draw an additional line on the fabric part parallel to the outer hem line.
  • Mark out the cloves with a pencil and a ruler.
  • Attach a frill to the curtain, aligning and fastening with pins.
  • Scissor cloves, moving slowly along a line that resembles a zigzag.
  • Hem the hem of the frill.
  • Tuck, then hem the allowances, iron the seams.
  • Spread a curly cut with varnish to avoid thread opening, let it dry.
  • Iron the frill on the front side. Once again attach to the curtain, fold it together and stitch.
  • Sew the serrated edges manually.

Sewing curtains with braid

Sewing curtains with drawstring
